All shipment packages and labeling are discrete. Orders are packaged carefully in jewelry boxes and/or jewelry pouches. 

When available, your jewelry will arrive in eco-friendly, sustainable luxury packaging, made from sustainable materials such as recycled paper that is biodegradable.

All loose lab diamonds, with or without semi-mounting, ship in premium luxury branded presentation boxes with all diamond documentation.

As always, we provide standard FREE SHIPPING on jewelry orders.

Currently, in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days; however, because of COVID-19 changes, it could take up to 5 business to ship. Orders placed after 2 pm PST are not guaranteed processed until the next business day. Standard UPS 2–5-day shipping, including insurance, delivery confirmation, and signature requirement is FREE. Signature confirmation with adult identification is required at the time of delivery. 

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout at the expense of the customer. 

In some cases, orders placed on "out of stock" items could take up to 12 weeks for delivery.  

Out of stock items purchased for 'backorder' generally ship in 2 to 8 weeks. You will receive all order status updates by email. Please add us to your contact list so you don't miss any new messages about your order. Orders that include both in-stock items and backorders may ship separately with separate tracking and email updates.

Please allow extra handling time for custom orders, resizing, and engraving.


To ensure your recipient will love his or her jewelry selection, items shipped from are eligible for our 30-day return policy. Our return policy applies to items in original condition. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unworn items in original condition will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. 

Once received, returns will be processed, usually within one business day. Upon approval, refunds will be issued, but it could take several days to post to the account. 

Used or damaged items will incur a service fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.  Return requests can be made via our contact us page where you will receive a return confirmation slip. All returns must have tracking and delivery confirmation.
